Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Milligram iOS application, its Apple Watch companion app, and its home screen and Lock Screen widgets (together, "App"), and milligramapp.com, milligram.health or milligramapp.ai ("Site"), operated by Milligram Health Pty Ltd (ACN 698 081 720) ("Milligram", "we", "us", or "our"). By signing in with Apple, accepting any in-app prompts, and using the App or Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Milligram, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
2. Description of Service
Milligram is a pharmacokinetic tracking application that allows users to model blood concentration curves, log compound protocols and doses, calculate reconstitution and draw volumes, track supply and inventory, track subjective health markers, log meals and nutrition, capture progress photos and scans, connect Apple Health, upload health records and certificates of analysis, and interact with an AI assistant for informational guidance. The App and Site are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
3. Important Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice
Milligram does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, calculations, insights, AI responses, and information provided within the App or Site — including pharmacokinetic models, dosing schedules, compound data, biomarker analysis, and health marker reviews — are for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes or should be construed as professional medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, adjusting, or stopping any compound, supplement, or health protocol. Use of the App does not replace professional medical supervision. We expressly disclaim any liability for health decisions made in reliance on information provided by the App.
4. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The App is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using Milligram, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the App.
5. Account and Sign in with Apple
An account is required to use Milligram. Accounts are created through Sign in with Apple, which authenticates you using your Apple ID. You agree to keep your Apple ID credentials secure and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the App. Deletion removes your identified records from our cloud database in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
a) Free Trial
Milligram may offer a free trial period. At the end of the free trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.
b) Subscription Plans
Milligram is available on a subscription basis. Current pricing is displayed within the App and on the App Store listing. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
c) Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
d) Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by law.
e) Billing Management
All subscription management, billing, and refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds outside of Apple's standard policies.
f) Promotional Offers and Discounts
We may offer discounted pricing, promotional offers, or free access from time to time, including when you decline or leave a purchase screen. Offers are limited to the terms stated at the point of purchase, may be withdrawn or changed before purchase, and are generally available to new subscribers only. Where an offer is described as one-time, we may enforce that limit. Existing subscribers are not entitled to a price introduced after they subscribed, and a pricing change does not entitle you to a refund for a period already paid for.
g) Referral Codes and Partner Links
Referral codes are for personal use, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be voided where obtained or used through fraud, automation, self-referral, or abuse. Creators and partners are independent of Milligram, are not our agents, and any statement they make about the App is theirs and not ours. A separate agreement governs our partner and creator programme.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when using the App's tracking features
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
- Take full responsibility for decisions made based on information provided by the App
- Keep your account to yourself — accounts are personal and are not to be shared, sold, or transferred
Sharing a protocol. The App lets you share a protocol and open one shared with you. A shared protocol is another person's configuration, not a recommendation: we do not review, verify, or endorse them. Anything you import becomes your own record, and using it is your decision alone under Section 3. Protocols must not be shared as medical guidance to another person — see Section 8.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Milligram to:
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems connected to the App
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Collect or harvest data from the App through automated means
- Use the App or any output from the App to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to any other person
9. No Endorsement of Compounds
a) No supply, no endorsement. Milligram is a tracking and analytics tool. We do not manufacture, supply, sell, distribute, recommend, prescribe, or facilitate the purchase of any compound, peptide, supplement, or medication. The presence of a compound in our database does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of safety or efficacy. Sourcing, legality, quality, and use of any compound is solely your responsibility.
b) Certificate of analysis verification. The App reads a certificate of analysis you upload and reports what it appears to say. This is an automated reading of a document you supplied — not a laboratory test, an authentication service, or any assurance that the certificate is genuine, that it matches the product you hold, or that the product is pure, correctly dosed, sterile, or safe. Certificates can be forged, altered, or issued for a different batch, and no reading of a document can detect this. A result in the App is never a reason to use a product you would not otherwise have used.
c) Dose calculations and reconstitution. The App calculates reconstitution recipes, draw volumes, syringe units, and concentrations from the figures you enter. These are arithmetic conveniences based entirely on your inputs, are not verified against your vial, syringe, or product, and an incorrect entry produces an incorrect result the App cannot detect. You are responsible for checking every calculation, and must never rely solely on the App to determine what to draw or administer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design, code, models, and data within Milligram — including but not limited to the pharmacokinetic models, compound database, user interface, and branding — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11. Your Data and Licence Grant
You retain ownership of the personal data you enter into the App (protocols, dose logs, journal entries, photos, health records, chat conversations, and similar content).
By using the App and providing data to Milligram, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, store, process, aggregate, de-identify, commercialise, and create derivative works from your data for the purposes of: (a) providing and improving the App and its features; (b) producing aggregated, de-identified statistical insights and research and commercial datasets; and (c) sharing, licensing, or selling such aggregated, de-identified information to research and commercial partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
This licence applies to data you provide while these Terms are in effect and survives the termination of your account with respect to data that has been aggregated or de-identified, in accordance with research data standards.
Aggregated, de-identified information does not personally identify you and does not include your name, contact details, photos, or chat content. See our Privacy Policy for details, including how to withdraw your information from future inclusion in aggregated research or commercial datasets.
12. Research and Commercial Data Outputs
Any aggregated, de-identified statistical insights, datasets, or research outputs we produce are provided to research and commercial partners on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties about their fitness for any specific use, accuracy, or completeness. Recipients are responsible for independently validating any conclusions they draw.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Milligram and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, health-related consequences, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that pharmacokinetic calculations or AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific circumstances. Pharmacokinetic models are mathematical approximations and individual responses vary significantly. AI-generated content reflects pattern-based statistical predictions and may contain errors.
15. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services, including Apple's App Store, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, Apple Watch, and Apple's speech recognition, as well as third-party providers we use for AI processing, subscription management, analytics, and measurement. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service. Our Privacy Policy describes what information reaches these providers and on what terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that risks harm to yourself, other users, or our systems. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 3 (Not Medical Advice), 9 (No Endorsement of Compounds), 11 (Your Data and Licence Grant), 12 (Research and Commercial Data Outputs), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Disclaimer of Warranties), and 18 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution) — will continue in effect.
17. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it), or any individual feature, at any time. Features described in these Terms may change or be removed, and we do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available for the life of your subscription. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
